- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 150ml natural low fat yogurt
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apricot chutney
- 2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- salt to taste
How to make Oven Fried Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 18o degree.
- Add yogurt, lemon juice, chutney, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt and pepper in a blender.
- Make a fine puree of all ingredients.
- Then transfer this puree in a shallow bowl.
- Spread out the breadcrumbs in a similar bowl.
- Coat each drumsticks in puree ,then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Arrange drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
