- 2cup boiled chicken breast(chopped)
- 2 cup mayonnaise
- 1cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 chopped red bell pepper
- 2 chopped green onion
- 1 chopped apple
- 1cup chopped celery
- 6-8 sweet cranberries
- 6-8 green olives, chopped (optional)
- 1 apple , chopped
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10-12 walnuts for garnishing
Method:
- In a large bowl mix together mayonnaise, salt, pepper,vinegar, soya sauce, olive oil for preparing the dressing of salad.
- Then chopped finely cabbage, green onion, apple, celery, sweet cranberries, green olives, and red bell pepper.
- Add all chopped ingredients and boiled chicken in the salad dressing.
- Mix well.
- Then chill for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish chicken salad with walnuts and serve.
