How to make Black Pepper Chicken:

- 500gm boneless chicken
- 2tsp garlic, finely chooped
- 2 medium onions,sliced
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper,sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil for frying
How to make Black Pepper Chicken:
- Cut chicken into small pieces(about1/4-inch) and set aside.
- Add soy sauce,oyster sauce, vinegar,salt, white pepper,sugar and 2tbsp cornflour, in a medium bowl.
- Add chicken pieces in sauce mixture and coat all sides, marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
- After marination ,heat 1 cup oil in a large pan .
- Fry chicken in hot oil about 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Remove chicken and drain.
- Heat 2tsp olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and onions, stir fry 1-2 minutes.
- Then add carrot,peas and red bell pepper, stir fry more 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper and fried chicken in it.
- Stir to coat everything evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix 1tbsp cornflour with 1 cup of water.
- Put cornflour paste in pan and bring to boil.
- Cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Seve with steamed rice.
